Truro Raceway

Truro Raceway, located in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada’s oldest and most storied harness racing tracks. Established in 1865, this half-mile oval track has been a cornerstone of Atlantic Canada’s horse racing scene for over 150 years.

Live races are typically held on Friday evenings at 6:30 PM Atlantic Time, with occasional Sunday afternoon cards at 1:00 PM.

The venue also hosts qualifiers and special events throughout the season, including the “Nova Scotia Stampede Pace,” a signature harness racing event introduced in 2024 to commemorate the region’s rich racing heritage.

The grandstand features the Trackside Lounge, where you can enjoy live simulcast races from top tracks across North America from Thursday through Monday each week. Additionally, The Rustic Table Restaurant provides dining options on-site.
